  • Shipping Policy


    At Ernesto Hernandez Fieldline, we’re committed to delivering your order accurately and as promptly as possible. Please review the following shipping guidelines to understand how your order is processed, shipped, and supported.


    1. Shipping Locations

    We currently ship exclusively to the United States and all Canadian provinces and territories. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping to any other countries at this time.

    For orders shipped to Canada, please note that import duties, taxes, or customs clearance requirements may apply. These are determined by Canadian authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.


    2. Order Processing Time

    All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully verified.

    Please keep in mind:

    • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays observed in the U.S. or Canada.
    • Canadian orders may require an additional 1–2 business days for validation of shipping details and preparation of customs documentation (e.g., commercial invoices). This step ensures compliance with Canadian import regulations and helps avoid delays at the border.

    3. Estimated Delivery Times

    Delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment partner:

    • United States (Standard Shipping): 5–10 business days
    • Canada: 10–25 business days

    ⚠️ Note: All orders are fulfilled from our overseas partner warehouse. Cross-border transit—especially to Canada—can be affected by customs inspections, regional postal capacity, or unforeseen carrier delays, which may extend delivery beyond the estimated window.


    4. Shipping Carriers

    • U.S. Domestic Orders: Shipped via USPS, offering reliable nationwide coverage.
    • Canadian Orders: Shipped internationally via USPS International. Final-mile delivery within Canada may be handled by Canada Post or another local carrier, depending on destination and package specifications.

    You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

    Tracking Note for Canadian Orders: USPS tracking may stop updating once the package enters Canada. For continued updates, we recommend using the tracking number on the Canada Post website or the carrier’s international tracking portal.


    5. Tracking Your Order

    After dispatch, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package.

    • U.S. Orders: Real-time tracking throughout the entire journey.
    • Canadian Orders: Initial tracking may take up to 48 hours to appear. Updates may become less frequent after the package leaves the U.S. We encourage checking with Canada Post for the most current status.

    6. Lost or Delayed Packages

    What to Do If Your Package Is Delayed or Missing

    For U.S. Orders:

    • Check with household members, neighbors, building management, or local mailrooms.
    • Contact USPS directly using your tracking number to request delivery confirmation or file a claim.
    • If unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked “delivered” date.

    For Canadian Orders:

    • Allow an extra 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery window for customs processing or postal handoff.
    • Verify with Canada Post whether your package is held for duties, taxes, or documentation.
    • Check with neighbors or local post offices for missed deliveries.
    • If still missing, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

    7. Our Commitment: Resolution for Confirmed Lost or Severely Delayed Orders

    While most orders arrive without issue, we understand that exceptional circumstances can occur—especially with cross-border shipments.

    If your order meets one of the following conditions, we consider it confirmed lost or unrecoverable:

    • U.S. Orders: No delivery within 15 business days after shipment
    • Canadian Orders: No delivery within 30 business days after shipment

    In such cases—and after we’ve verified the status with the carrier—you may choose one of the following remedies:
    A full refund of the product(s) and original shipping cost
    A free reshipment of the same item(s), subject to inventory availability

    Important: To qualify, you must have contacted us within the reporting windows noted in Section 6, and we must complete our carrier verification process (which may take 5–10 business days). Refunds or reshipments are only issued once loss is confirmed—not based on estimated delivery alone.

    We know how disappointing delivery issues can be. That’s why we stand by our promise: if your order doesn’t arrive due to no fault of your own, we’ll make it right.
