We currently ship exclusively to the United States and all Canadian provinces and territories. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping to any other countries at this time.
For orders shipped to Canada, please note that import duties, taxes, or customs clearance requirements may apply. These are determined by Canadian authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully verified.

⚠️ Note: All orders are fulfilled from our overseas partner warehouse. Cross-border transit—especially to Canada—can be affected by customs inspections, regional postal capacity, or unforeseen carrier delays, which may extend delivery beyond the estimated window.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Tracking Note for Canadian Orders: USPS tracking may stop updating once the package enters Canada. For continued updates, we recommend using the tracking number on the Canada Post website or the carrier’s international tracking portal.
After dispatch, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package.

To report an issue, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and keep you updated.
While most orders arrive without issue, we understand that exceptional circumstances can occur—especially with cross-border shipments.
If your order meets one of the following conditions, we consider it confirmed lost or unrecoverable:
In such cases—and after we’ve verified the status with the carrier—you may choose one of the following remedies:
✅ A full refund of the product(s) and original shipping cost
✅ A free reshipment of the same item(s), subject to inventory availability
Important: To qualify, you must have contacted us within the reporting windows noted in Section 6, and we must complete our carrier verification process (which may take 5–10 business days). Refunds or reshipments are only issued once loss is confirmed—not based on estimated delivery alone.
We know how disappointing delivery issues can be. That’s why we stand by our promise: if your order doesn’t arrive due to no fault of your own, we’ll make it right.
