You may request a return within 30 days of your order’s delivery date. Returns initiated after this window will not be accepted, and refunds cannot be issued.

We currently do not process direct exchanges for size or color.
If you’d like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and separately initiating a return for the original purchase.
In cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or was mistakenly shipped, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Refund Processing Time
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Additional time (typically 3–7 business days) may be required for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.

First, check with your financial institution—sometimes delays occur on their end. If it’s been over 10 business days since approval and the refund still hasn’t posted, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
8. Canadian Customers: Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
For orders shipped to Canada, any duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or your carrier are non-refundable, even on returned items.
Refunds will include the product price—and original shipping costs only if legally required and the return is due to our error. All customs-related charges are excluded.
