    To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we accept a range of widely used credit and debit cards for orders on our website, including:

We prioritize your privacy and security, which is why we do not store complete credit or debit card numbers on our servers—all payment data is handled exclusively by our trusted processor, which meets strict global security certifications.

    Currencies

    To keep pricing clear and predictable, the final charge currency at checkout is always tied to the shipping destination:

    – For orders shipped to addresses within the United States, all products are priced and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).

    – For orders shipped to addresses within Canada, all products are priced and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

    The currency selector at the top of our website is provided only to help preview prices in a preferred display currency. Regardless of the display setting, the final charge on the payment card will always be processed in the currency linked to the shipping country as described above.

    If a card is issued in a different country or currency, the card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and/or foreign transaction fee. These fees are set solely by the bank or card issuer and are not charged by us.

    Authorizations and Charges

    When you place an order, your bank will typically place a temporary authorization hold on your card for the total order value. This hold is a standard banking practice to confirm that your card has sufficient funds to cover the purchase. The authorization hold will be released if the order is canceled, and the final charge will only be processed once your order is verified and confirmed for shipping.
    If a payment is declined (e.g., due to insufficient funds, expired card, or security restrictions) or flagged for further review, we will notify you via email. We may request additional information (such as billing address verification) to resolve the issue. If we cannot successfully verify the payment details, we may need to cancel the order to prevent unauthorized transactions.

    Refunds

    Approved refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout. This ensures a secure and traceable refund process, aligning with financial security best practices. Once we process your refund (after inspecting returned items, if applicable), you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect on your bank or card statement, though this timeline can vary based on your bank’s processing procedures. If you do not see the refund within this window, we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer directly for an update.
