    • Q: Do you ship outside the U.S. and Canada?

      A: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and all Canadian provinces/territories. We do not offer international shipping to other regions at this time.


      Q: How do I choose the right size?

      A: Use our Size Guide to measure your bust/chest, waist, and hips with a soft tape measure. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or down for a more tailored look—check product descriptions for style-specific fit notes.


      Q: How can I track my order?

      A: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your package. U.S. orders are tracked via USPS, while Canadian orders use USPS International (with further tracking available through Canada Post).


      Q: What if my package is lost or delayed?

      A: For U.S. orders, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date if your package is lost or delayed. For Canadian orders, allow an extra 5–7 business days for customs clearance, then contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date. Reach out to [email protected] with your order number and tracking number, and we will assist in resolving the issue.


      Q: Can I return or exchange an item?

      A: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (see Refund & Return Policy for details). 


      Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?

      A: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the funds to your account.
